The curriculum of this course is designed to provide knowledge in areas such as logic design, microprocessor architecture, and assembly language programming.

  • Mechanical Engineering: This course includes subjects like thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and solid mechanics among others. The curriculum aims at providing students with knowledge about the design and functioning of machines and manufacturing processes with an emphasis on mechanical engineering principles.

  • Civil Engineering: This course prepares students to become civil engineers by teaching them about construction materials such as steel reinforcement bars (rebar), concrete, asphalt, and other related topics. This course also teaches other related topics like construction scheduling methods and surveying techniques.

  • This course also provides other topics including structural analysis and design principles for buildings; transportation infrastructure. Such as highways; water supply systems including drinking water treatment facilities as well as wastewater treatment plants; solid waste management systems etc.

  • Theory of Computation: This subject helps you understand how computers work and how they perform various tasks using algorithms and data structures. It teaches you how computers store data and manipulate it so that it can be made useful in various ways. Job roles after BTech in this field include maintaining database servers such as MySQL or Oracle etc., performing backups regularly, monitoring server performance, etc. Skills required include database design concepts like normalization, database normalization rules, etc., database tuning techniques like indexing, etc., SQL queries, etc.


A BTech course typically includes a combination of theoretical and practical learning.
